Not just a great timer! BaristaKit PRO is a professional tool for Baristas and Cafe owners to provide statistical feedback of quality, productivity and efficiency for up to 3 group heads.
BaristaKit PRO can also help business owners monitor bean usage and administer a group head cleaning protocol for staff.
BaristaKit PRO stores all data by day and 30 minute increments, with presentation in graphical form. There are two tables available, both with integrated graphic expression; Daily Totals presents data of each group as well as grand totals, with a bar graph. Hourly Profile presents an interesting table which also acts as a graph mirroring the data with intensity of colour.
Timer mechanics are designed specifically for Baristas under pressure, helping achieve consistent extractions of espresso.
A programmable Purge function for each group head advises when to clean.
There is also has a Ristretto function which is programmable, along with sound options, start and end times.
